• 提倡各種關懷生命價值與人性尊嚴的理想和觀念。

• 提供生醫科技、健康科學與管理相關領域之在學研究生獎學金。

• Organize medical technology, health management and welfare technology academic seminars and promotional education activities.

• Develop and promote activities related to community preventive health care, and implement the concept of universal health care.

• Promote health education, food hygiene and safety and environmental protection activities to promote the establishment of a good quality of life.

 

• Advocate a variety of ideals and concepts that care about the value of life and human dignity.

• Provide scholarships for graduate students in the fields of biomedical technology, health sciences and management.
